PVC (WPC) standard profile extrusion line

YF series production line is designed for extrusion of PVC plastic window and door, cross-section cable duct, aluminum plastic composite profiles and etc. The extruder adopts ac variable frequency or dc speed regulation drive, imported brand temperature controller.

The calibration vacuum pump and haul off motor are famous brand products. Maintenance is easy. After changing of the die and screw, it also can produce the synthenic wood foam profiles better than single screw extruder performance and advantage.

 

Application: ceiling, wall panels, background panels, window cover lines, door cover line, baseboard, door pockets elevator lines, it's an ideal choice for decoration materials in villa, home, hotel, commercial buildings and public places.

The feature : Fast loading wallboard is also called bamboo fiber integrated metope which use bamboo fiber as base material, resin material use as the surface craft material is widely used in metope adornment material of family life ,project and so on, its surface color effect can reach traditional wallpaper, besides it protects the wall . Regards as a new product is gradually replacing wall paint wallpaper metope adornment material .Fast loading wallboard is a new type decoration material with advantage like environment friendly ,heat insulation,damp proof,heat preservation,fireproof,sound insulation,fashion ,etc element , portable, easy to assemble.
